Cryshtal Avera calls herself a soul seeker. She is passionate about looking for the lessons and gifts in each opportunity. Life has offered many opportunities for big lessons in Cryshtal’s life from her childhood in Western North Carolina to her time in the US Air Force, as well as her experiences as a Real Estate Agent and Investor, a Small Business Owner and a horsemanship instructor. Her journey has become focused on following her bliss and looking to fulfill her soul’s intended pathway as well as empowering others to do the same. She now offers what she calls Empowerment Coaching in the form of workshops along with private sessions, to help her clients heal and grow; looking for the opportunity to empower the individual to trust him/herself as well as using the powerful ability of the horse to help heal and reveal the truth in a way not most humans can’t see alone or by being told. Cryshtal keeps a focus on being authentic and vulnerable as she writes to connect with others and offers gratitude for the opportunity to share her passion.
